Joining the test
Google Play, accounts, and phones.
Google Play says the app isn't available.
Check that Google Play is signed in to the Google account named on your instructions page, open the test link again, and tap Become a tester. The install button can take a few minutes to appear after you join.
Can I use a different Google account?
Only the account on the tester list can join. Email us the account you'd like to use and we'll add it.
Do I need an Android phone?
Yes. The test runs through Google Play on Android phones.
Signing in

Where do I find my login?
In step 3 of your instructions. Enter your tester code on the start page to open them.
Sign-in doesn't work.
Use the copy buttons in step 3 so the email and password match exactly. Don't use Forgot password; email us and we'll fix it.
Can I break anything?
No. Your account can only change Test Box, which exists for testing.

When do my 14 days start?
When you tap I've joined the test on your instructions page.
What if I miss a day?
Open the app as soon as you can and keep going. Keep the app installed and stay in the test.
What happens after 14 days?
Keep the app installed and stay in the test until we tell you it's over. We'll let you know by email.
